We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team working on a cutting-edge Human Transformation Application. This individual will play a pivotal role in architecting and building the backend system, managing deployments, and scaling our application to support our growing user base. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of backend (ideally Node.js), cloud platforms like AWS/GCP, and database management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect, build and maintain backend systems, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with frontend developers and product team to align backend functionality with business and frontend requirements.
- Manage deployments, including monitoring and troubleshooting of live systems.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.
- Scale applications to meet evolving performance needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Backend Developer. Help us decide on the technology to use.
- Proficiency with AWS/GCP or similar cloud systems.
- Experience with database architecture, large-scale data processing, and data analytics.
- Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think fast and incorporate feedback into the development process.
Nice to Have:
- An understanding of UI/UX principles and customer-focused design.
